You just booked your flight to Bali for the surf trip of a lifetime. Now where are you going to stay? Don't worry, we've got you covered and it definitely wont break the bank either!

The FRii Hotel on Bali's Echo Beach is located close to Bali’s beautiful Canggu coastline and is within 10 minutes walking distance to the beach. Not too bad when you want to spend your days surfing. At only an 11 mile drive from the Ngurah Rai International Airport, this place does not disappoint.

It’s a boutique Indonesian owned property and you get a feeling that they’ve really thought about their target customers – mainly surfers and solo travelers. The hotel offers very eclectic rooms with rustic-modern decor. Every room has free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs, an in room safe, mini fridge, and coffeemakers.

Travel Tip: Try to request a room with a pool view! There are not many times in one’s life that you get to plop from your bedroom right into a pool.

The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly and they even offer complimentary breakfast every morning. The Seaduction Rooftop Bar and Lounge on the 4th floor has staggering 360 views – with ocean out the front, mountains to the back and rice paddies on all sides, it’s got to be the best view in Canggu.
