My German Shepherd dog can walk from the rear portion of the board (through my legs) and well forward of the deck pad without the bow of the board plowing under the water's surface. The board could probably support my wife's body weight as well!

I been wanting to get into paddle boarding while not on vacation since the first time I checked one out as a rental in Hawaii 10 years ago but the price of boards is rediculous for a novus rider. Tower came along and changed that for me. I ordered, received, rode and love. Using mine on local lakes here in Massachusetts and I feel like I'm off on a vacation at least for a few hours when the spring weather cooperates. It's my sanity! Just wish I lived somewhere I can use it all year long, can not wait for summer. Thank you Tower!!!!

Really nice. SUPs are waaay overpriced, but this model seems reasonable amongst the forest of preposterously pricey competitors.

Tower Social 11"5" |

Paddler profile: Fit 40 yr old male, 5'11" tall, 195 lbs, mostly flatwater, hopefully some scenic river runs as the runoff in our mountains (Colorado) slows down.
SUP Experience: New to the SUP world, never surfed, experienced whitewater kayaker. Rented a Rogue 11'x32"x5" soft top and have paddled wife's 10'6"x 29"x4 3/8" eps/bamboo SUP (not enough volume).
Tower experience: First off, amazing customer service, shockingly fast and cheap shipping to Colorado. SUP performance? So far, so awesome. Board tracks well, great secondary stability when on edge (ski boat's wakes and wind chop) and for my limited experience, really quite speedy. I had a dude in his touring kayak chase me down with some effort to figure out how I was going so fast, commenting that I was flying across the reservoir (and this was into the wind). I would highly recommend this SUP.
