Extended SUP Yoga Information
Paddle board yoga has quickly grown into a hobby enjoyed by many, and its easy to see why. Yoga practicioners around the world have taken to the water to better find their zen, appreciate the tranquility of nature, and exercise their body and mind. Most of our inflatable paddle boards are great for yoga, and the ones with flat and lighter colored traction pads tend to be preferred. iSUPs with an increased length, width, and surface area provide the perfect platform for yoga movement, while maintaining a high degree of traction on the water. Our inflatable paddle board decks are remarkably flat and provide a solid level ground for yoga due to their interior drop stitching technology. Drop stitching interior ensures the board does not get too wobbly or tippy when moving along the surface.
The reason inflatable paddle boards are great for yoga is because, similar to yoga mats, they roll up after use! Your yoga mat and inflatable paddle board can be stored in the same location, and can easily fit in one of our isup backpacks for on-the-go exercising. Why not enjoy a more serene landscape when working out. Our iSUP's bring the benefits of practicing yoga into an outdoor environment. ;
The added challenge of balancing while practicing yoga positions on your paddle board is what entices many yoga participants to water yoga. Carefully measuring every move and finding a greater center of balance are rewards that only stand up paddle board yoga offers.
