Paddle Board Warranty Details
We take a lot of pride in building quality paddle boards and paddle board accessories for our customers at Tower Paddle Boards. We don't take any shortcuts on the quality of our stand up paddle boards and paddle board accessories, and we don't take any shortcuts when it comes to customer service. As a direct to consumer paddle board brand, we have a direct relationship with every customer that purchases paddle boards from us. We get feedback directly from customers on a daily basis and we integrate that into our product development process and our paddle board customer service.
We want every customer of ours to be so happy with their paddle boards purchase that they tell all their friends. That's the bar for our level of customer service. If for any reason a Tower paddle boards product does not meet your standards and/or if you feel it is defective, you may be covered by the below product warranty. We do not extend warranties to resold paddle boards. You may be asked to provide proof of purchase in order to receive warranty benefits.
Filing a Paddle Board Warranty Claim
Please contact us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) with the following information:
- Full name the paddle board order was under
- Paddle boards order number
- Description of issue
- Picture or video of issue
Warranties only valid to original shipping address. Charges may be added if shipping to new address.
Inflatable Paddle Boards
Depending on the Tower Series inflatable paddle board you purchased, we have a 1, 2, or 3 year limited manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase as follows:
- S-Class | Starter Series - 1 year limited manufacturer warranty
- Tower | Premium Series - 2 year limited manufacturer warranty
- X-Class | Elite Series - 3 year limited manufacturer warranty
In the event an issue covered under our inflatable paddle boards warranty occurs, we reserve the right to either have the product repaired or send an equivalent replacement product at no cost to you.
Stand Up Paddle Boards (Epoxy) - No Warranty
There is no warranty on hard paddle boards at Tower. As epoxy paddle boards, like surfboards, are relatively fragile, this is standard policy in the industry. It is the customer's responsibility to take proper care of your hard stand up paddle board.
We do have a 30 day return window for unused hard paddle boards, paddle boards with defects, and paddle boards that are damaged in shipment to you. This 30-day return window on hard paddle boards is from your date of receipt. Note that the paddle board has to be unused to qualify. Further, note that we do not have any warranty on hard paddle boards beyond this 30 day return window. Once your paddle board is used or the return period has expired, there is no option to return or replace your Tower stand up paddle board. Hard paddle boards are fragile by nature and are likely to dent or ding in the lifetime of the board. Please be aware of this when purchasing.
