Inflatable Stand Up Paddle Board- Introducing the Tower Adventurer

Includes a 9'10" by 32" by 6" inflatable SUP, a high-end Tower branded diamond grooved deck pad with a rear kick tail, a 2+1 fin configuration with a removable center fin, a hand hold strap, a roll-up carrying strap, a towing ring on the nose, and a leash attachment ring on the tail.

A Giant Leap forward in Inflatable Stand Up Paddle Board Design

Frankly, virtually all 4" inflatable SUPs (which is pretty much all inflatable stand up paddle boards on the market) leave a lot to be desired. That's putting it nicely. They sag in the middle and ride low in the water so you end up standing in a puddle of cold water, which is miserable. The sagging and undulating ride also slows you down. The 6" thick, military grade Tower Adventurer Inflatable stand up paddle board is dramatically more rigid, plus it floats higher in the water so no wet feet. But this is only one of many advances that set the Tower Adventurer Inflatable paddle board apart from the competition.

Inflatable Stand Up Paddle Board - Amazing Rigidity

The Tower Adventurer Inflatable stand up paddle board is made from extremely rugged materials like those you'd find on the highly regarded Zodiac boats and extreme river rafts. The amazing rigidity in the Adventurer is created by thousands of vertically oriented strands of identical length that connect the top deck to the bottom. When inflated, they form a structure that has the rigidity of a wooden sup, and the thicker you go the exponentially more rigid it gets. You'll be amazed. We can literally put the front tip of the 9'10" x 6" Tower Adventurer on one chair and the rear tip on another chair and a 200 lb person can stand in the middle and you can barely see the thing flex. Do this with most 4" inflatable stand up paddle boards and they will taco almost to the floor. Even 3/4" plywood flooring would probably break over this almost 10' span.

A Viable EPS/Epoxy Board Alternative - We're not kidding!

Traditionally, inflatable stand up paddle boards were only a consideration for traveling - store one in the cuddy cabin on your yacht, take it with you on the plane, or haul it into that secret mountain lake or river and you'll can stand up paddle board in the farthest corners of the earth. With the rigidity of the Tower Adventurer, an inflatable stand up paddle board is now also a viable EPS/Epoxy board alternative for anyone who isn't a die-hard surfer.

Benefits of an Inflatable SUP over an EPS/Epoxy board

  • Easier to store - When rolled up, it's 1 foot in diameter and 33" wide.
  • Indestructible - Never worry again about dings and board cracks. I've literally thrown these things off a 2nd story deck and I frequently set it down anywhere (gravel, a parking lot, even on cement stairs).
  • Easier to transport - No need for roof racks. About the size of a rolled sleeping bag, it easily fits in any car or boat, can be checked on a plane, and can even be strapped onto a bicycle or motorcycle. It fits perfectly into our inflatable backpack so you can bring it anywhere.
  • Softer - You can literally play bumper boats with these. Kids can jump from one board to the other like they're jumping on an inner tube. You won't get knocked out in the waves either.
  • Easy on the feet - While very rigid, the air does cushion your feet a lot more than a hard board, no matter how good the deck pad is.
  • Less expensive - Which also makes it a great idea as a second board for travel or guests.

Warning - Beware of cheap inflatable SUP packages

Be careful when buying cheap inflatable stand up paddle boards. While they may be lighter, they lose rigidity and durability in this newer construction process and are much lower quality boards overall. They likely won't last your more than a few months. For a product that is relatively expensive its better to buy a quality inflatable paddle board that your know will last you a long time.

The Tower Adventurer Inflatable SUP is amazingly priced because we sell it direct. It's a high-end, well designed, and well considered inflatable SUP, but at a direct to market price. Just because it is priced about the same, please don't confuse it with many of the cheap inflatable SUP packages on the market, which are characterized by many issues including:

  • Poorly designed detachable fins that frequently fall off during use.
  • Ridiculously short 3-piece paddle board paddle of questionable quality that are "bundled in", yet essentially useless.
  • Cheap bags that are "bundled in", yet you'll never use. A simple strap works fine.
  • A seriously annoying sagging issue which leads to wet feet.
  • Cheapest available, uncomfortable traction pads.
  • At 4" thick, not suitable floatation-wise for heavier paddlers.
  • Questionably designed inflation pumps that come apart.
  • Pressure gauges that are not integrated into the pump, so you have to pump, detach, check inflation, air pump for inflatables, detach, check, etc.
  • Lack of a surf leash attachment or towing attachment.

Had two boards for at least six yrs

Review by: from California on 9/29/2018
And they’re still in great shape! I beat the heck out of them, too. I usually leave them inflated and haven’t had any issues with them. Friends have spent way more money on other boards, inflatable and standard, and they always end up on ours! They handle well for inflatables and ride high out of the water. I’ve recommended these boards to many and will continue to do so. Great quality!

Fantastic board

These boards are awesome. I've used cheaper ones and they just don't compare. The stability is great, even with my big dog onboard with me. They're sturdy, inflate/deflate quickly, and stay on top of the water. Customer service was great - they shipped quickly and with a promo code I got a great deal.

Excellent Shallow River Board

Review by: from on 10/18/2017
Great fun paddling up river at low levels,, Picking a way past rock and flow.. Board rides high on the water and without the center fin over the shallow rocks and the length makes it easier to maneuver the cross flows in shallow water moving up and then down stream. Makes for an exuberant outdoor workout for body and soul! and I'll have FUN FUN FUN till The rocks wear my Adventurer away!!!

9'10" inflatable SUP

Review by: from on 3/30/2017
We ordered our SUP and enjoyed it for 2 weeks ago when I noticed a small pin hole in the side. I thought for sure that I would get resistance from costumer service when I ask about the warranty. However, to my surprise they were more than helpful with my return. I even lost one screw from the paddle and offered to purchase a new one. They told me "no worries" and took care of me with no additional money out of pocket. Customer service went out of their way to make things right. And I will go out of my way to tell others of their great product.

You can see the quality as soon as you open it up. My friend bought another top rated board and after 2 uses the decking pad is not sticking to the board. The tower deck pad is by far better. The center carring D rings and handle are also much better.

Fantastic product with exceptional service

The board is awesome with the utmost convenience. The comment I hear most often by other boarders is, "I cannot believe that is an inflatable. It is so rigid." I can roll it up and bring it on trips to the islands, I can leave it inflated and toss it in the back of the Jeep, I can bring it on the boat and not worry about fiberglass damage.

I had a warranty issue 20 months after purchase and the service was amazing. Tower was attentive, responsive and had a well thought-out process for each step. All good.

Love this board!

I must say, as a beginner I love these Tower Paddle Boards. They are easy to blow up, carry and store just as they promote. Their customer service is top notch! I had a defective board and had only ised it once (this was my second/extra board). I called and they replaced it within weeks. I bought my board for yoga. The deck is very comfortable for knee poses and paddling on your knees. It is very stable. As a beginner I have only fallen of once! I would highly recommend these boards. They are half the price of other boards which allowed me to buy two (one for me and one for whoever I can get to go)!

this is our 2d board, I finally got one for I ended up ordering it online. When I called to get information the sales person was very helpful and told me I can easily order it online. I do prefer live people when I ordered but it was as easy as she said.

Awesome Board

Review by: from on 6/13/2016
The 9'10" board is a great iSUP. I am over 225 lbs and it hold my weight with ease and very little bending. I took off a star because it really should have a cargo strap on the from like the 10'4". My lifejacket kept falling off the front of the board once it got wet.

We bought two of iSUP boards and our family loves them. Thinking we might need to buy tow more, so we can all go. We lost two fins the first day using them...called phone support and they sent us two replacements for free. Customer service has been AWESOME!!!

I have been using this board for the past two weeks on still water, and I can say it holds me great, and is a lot of fun! I was happy to have found a paddleboard that can accompany a bigger guy like myself (300lbs) and at a great price. Thanks for a solid product, and for being a great company!!

Great board!

Love this board. Have already paddled miles in the Arizona desert. The board stays cool, it is very comfortable and I love how it stores. No need to strap on the roof as it packs in our SUV nicely.

Just purchased this board and absolutely love it! It is lightweight and easy to carry, the pump is awesome as is the bag for toting it around. Even my husband said the pump was great and couldn't believe that a company made a bag actually big enough to fit the product!!
