Make sure the valve area is dry, so water doesn't get inside the board when you open the H3 valve on the board. Prepare yourself because air rushes out pretty quickly. Press down and then turn the valve stem clockwise to get it to lock in the down position. Once the valve stem is down, you can simply roll up the board from nose end and force the air to run out of the valve. Roll it up like a sleeping bag. Once you've got pretty much all the air you can get out of the board through this method, just push down and twist the valve stem to release it so it locks in the up position. Once it's in the up position, air will no longer be able to escape the board or enter the board (unless you attach the pump and force it in). Use the included strap to bundle up the board, and store.
