Tower Paddle Boards Warranty Information
We take a lot of pride in building quality products for our customers. And we want every customer of ours to be happy with their purchase. If for any reason a product does not meet our standards and you feel it is defective, you may be covered by the below product warranty. We do not extend warranties to resold boards. You may be asked to provide proof of purchase in order to receive warranty benefits.
Inflatable Paddle Boards - 2 Year Limited Manufacture's Warranty
We have a 2 year limited manufacturer's warranty on our inflatable boards from the date of purchase. This excludes accessories if you purchased the inflatable board package (i.e. paddle and pump). The 2 year warranty covers any abnormal defect in workmanship or materials that occurs within the warranty period. This does not include normal wear and tear or any issues that arise due to negligence. Negligence may include, but is not limited to, damage due to prolonged sun exposure, damage or breakage due to occurances outside of our control, damage due to salt water corrosion. In the event an issue covered under our warranty occurs, we reserve the right to either have the product repair or send an equivalent replacement product at no cost to you*.
Hard Boards - No Warranty
We have a 30 day return window for unused hard boards that have shipping damage or defects from the date of delivery, however we do not have a warranty on these products. Once the product is used or the return period has expired, there is no option to return or replace the board. Hard boards are fragile by nature and are likley to dent or ding in the lifetime of the board. Please be aware of this when purchasing.
Paddles and Accessories - No Warranty
We have a 30 day return policy for paddles and accessories, however there is no warranty on these products. Please see here for product care details.
