Best Standup Paddle Boards Shipping

What carrier do you use to ship?

In most cases we ship through UPS for orders within the country and internationally. We will also ship USPS for some accessory orders if they are small enough to fit in a flat rate envelope. We will ship to PO boxes through USPS if your order is small enough. We will NOT ship paddle boards or paddles to PO boxes. They won't fit, and our carrier will not allow it.

Our wooden classic paddle boards are shipped via a freight company, due to their larger size and weight. We will not use a specific carrier per your request. Please be sure the shipping address you have will accept shipments from UPS, and for hardboard shipments that your location can accept a box larger than 10-12' in length.

Part of my Tower paddle boards shipment arrived, but where's my SUP board?

I got part of my order, but not my paddle board.

Your paddles and/or accessories generally will show up before your hard board stand up paddle board arrives. This is because our hard boards are shipped separately through Pilot Freight, a separate carrier than our accessories which ship either UPS or USPS. Do not worry! Your paddle board will arrive soon.

Unlike a UPS shipment, which gets dropped off at your place, the freight company will call you (via the number you provided in your order) when the board is in your local area and they will schedule a delivery date with you. If you listed a bad number, please call Pilot directly at 1-800-HI-PILOT and have your tracking number available to update your phone number.

Does Tower ship paddle boards internationally?

YES! We can ship all of our iSUP's internationally. We also ship all paddle board accessories internationally. The majority of our international shipments will be sent through UPS. We do not offer free shipping on any items sent internationally. With any international shipment, the brokerage/duty charges fall upon the customer.

Shipments to Puerto Rico, Guam, Alaska, APOs, or any U.S. Territories outside the contiguous U.S. are considered "international" orders. Our U.S. shipping rates do not apply here.

We do not ship our hard boards outside the contiguous United States. If you would like to ship a hard board outside of the U.S. you can work with freight forwarder. We will ship the board to the forwarder (if within the U.S.) and then you can work with them on cost/logistics of forwarding the product outside of the country. We do not take responsibility for the product once it is delivered to the forwarder. You will need to work with them to ensure the delivery is accepted and then moved to the next location. We do not have a specific forwarder we recommend, you will have to choose your own.

*If an international shipment is undeliverable and returned to us, you will be responsible for any additional freight costs to return the product to us.

Stand up paddleboarding ship times, and ship times for iSUPs and accessories?

Most often, your order will ship out the first business day after you place your order. Rarely are orders shipped out the same day, but it is possible. We ship most of our orders through UPS. All orders will be shipping from our San Diego warehouse. Shipping times will vary depending on your location and external shipping factors. To get a sense of how long it may take to ship to your location, our shipments usually takes 5 business days to reach Florida from San Diego.

We also offer expedited shipping options. Once you add a board to the cart and confirm your state and zip, our system will populate expedited shipping options. You will need to select which shipping option you would like. Again, be sure to add 1-2 business days for processing time. An overnight order likely will not be delivered until 2 days from the order day.
